It's Monday! What are you reading? #7

Hosted by The Book DateIt's Monday! What Are You Reading? Is a weekly meme where you share what you have recently read, what you are currently reading and what is up next on your TBR list.

I am really into my reading, blogging and bookstagramming at the moment and it feels so good! I've also received a few book review requests lately and that makes me happy. I hope you all have a wonderful week and as always leave me links to your IMWAYR posts.

Read Last Week

Two books per week seems to be my average at the moment and I'm perfectly okay with that. This also means that I am on track with regards to my 2018 Goodreads challenge!

I LOVED Scythe so friggin much and I think I have found a new series to obsess over. Everything about it was just perfect and I was hooked from the first page. I can't wait to talk about it at YA book club on Sunday. It features in my February mini review series, so go check it out.

Colliding Skies was an ARC that I was sent by Oftomes Publishing.  It had a lot of hype surrounding it so I was interested to read it. I also don't usually read a lot of YA Sci Fi so I was looking forward to getting out of my comfort zone. The overall feel and premise of the book had be intrigued but the romance fell a bit short for me I'm afraid. A full review will be going up on Wednesday.

Currently Reading

I am finally reading Six of Crows after finishing The Grisha Trilogy last month. I'm not very far into it but I am enjoying it. I just hope it lives up to the hype that surrounds it. I'm sure it will though as Leigh Bardugo is queen.

Up Next

I've been reading a lot of YA Fantasy recently so it will be good to step away from that for a while and get stuck into my review copy of Big Bones. From what I can guess it's going to be about body positivity which is something we should all embrace.
