It's Monday! What Are You Reading? #19

Hosted by The Book DateIt's Monday! What Are You Reading? Is a weekly meme where you share what you have recently read, what you are currently reading and what is up next on your TBR list.

Happy October! I can't believe it's this time of the year already. Are we all ready to get spooky?

I am finally getting out of the reading slump that I have been in for a while now. I think I just needed to find some books that kept my interest. What are you all reading this week? As always let me know in the comments.

Read Last Week

The Things We Learn When We're Dead was probably the strangest most odd book that I have ever read, but that didn't stop me getting hooked by this weird yet entertaining tale. It had me laughing, crying and wanting to be a part of this original, unique world. My full review is here.

Currently Reading

I received an e-arc of Mirror Mirror a few weeks ago and as it's close to release date I am currently reading it with an aim to get my review up the day before. I'm usually a bit unsure about books written by celebrities, however I am really enjoying this. It's gritty, sexy, dark and mysterious and totally my kind of book.

Up Next

Wonder Woman: Warbringer is the book that the YA book club I go to are reading ahead of our next meeting on 15th October. I'm not really a huge Wonder Woman fan but maybe this book will change that. Here's hoping that I enjoy it and have a lot to discuss at the meeting.
