Halloween Book Tag

Hello! I haven't done a book tag in ages and with Halloween approaching fast, what better one to do that a Halloween themed tag.

I won't tag anyone but if you fancy do it feel free and link me to your answers in the comments.

Carving pumpkins - what book would you carve up and light on fire?

I would never actually light a book on fire but if I had to it would definitely be Fifty Shades of Grey. I read it back in 2012 when it came out to see what the fuss is about and what a waste it was. This book is just awful, badly written and the fact that it's based on Twilight fan fiction says it all. I don't know why there is so much hype over it..still.

Trick or treat- what character is a treat, what character is a trick?
Treat - Feyre from ACOTAR. I have only read the first book in this series but I love her! She's fiery, daring and rebellious and I just think she's a great character overall.
Trick - Legend for Caraval. If you read the book you will know why this is my choice.
Candy corn- what book is always sweet?

No matter how many times I read it, Fangirl, always touches my heart. I think it may be because I feel so close to the character of Cath because of our similarities and also because of Levi. Who is just the cutest

Ghosts- what character would you love to visit you as a ghost?

It has to be Dobby. I love that elf so much and I cried buckets when he died in Deathly Hallows. I would love him to visit me as a ghost just so I could tell him how brave he was and how proud I was that he was a free elf.

Dressing up in costume- what character would you want to be for a day?

I'd love to dress as Catherine from Heartless. I love Alice in Wonderland and this origin story of the Queen of Hearts was just incredible. It would be amazing to just walk around as her and bake and shout 'off with their head' several times.

Wizards and witches- what is your favourite Harry Potter moment?
I am a big Harry Potter fan and I have many favourite moments throughout the series but if I had to pick one it would be Snape's Memories in Deathly Hallows. That scene just made me bawl my eyes out. I had known all along that Snape wasn't as bad as everyone made out and finding out about his love for Lily and Harry..well that got me going.
Blood and gore- what book was so creepy that you had to take a break from it for awhile?

I don't really read many horrors but Frozen Charlotte was most certainly creepy. It took me a long while to finish it because it did scare me a bit.  Not to say I didn't enjoy it but it was just frightening and full of jump scares.
